I`d go with the cream/beige linen pants and the same colour in a shirt either collarless or with collar and flip flops or bare feet if it`s on the sand. Has to be the only type of wear for a beach wedding and you`d both look and feel cool. If you didn`t feel smart enough you could add a waistcoat

Abroad, she wouldn't agree to Camber Sands despite weeks of trying.

Antigua.

Being a short little fatty linen suits don't tend to look that great, which is my worry.

I got hitched in Portugal wearing a traditional morning suit. It was 40 degrees that day. I suffered. (for several years).
You can borrow it if you like

Don't wear all white. Pale linen trousers and a white collarless shirt, plus bare feet. And get yourself a nice haircut too.

Where abouts in Antigua, I lived out there for a while and my parents were out there for 3 years.

Saw many weddings taking place on the beach, and as suggested, men were in light weight clothing.

Try to avoid re-newing your vows in the mid day sun!

I think St.Johns?

Right managed to get a beige linen suit, with turquoise shirt. Looked ok and got the thumbs up from 9 year old daughter, who helped me choose. Sorted...

Erm, actually no got home tried it all on and the bloody trousers are labelled up wrong, the actual label inside is 30, maybe 12 years ago, but now I am a 32. Easy to solve...

Wrong again, they are end of line and there is no 32 in stock (it was a bargain)...so what now?

I have looked inside the trousers and I reckon I could get them let out by almost 2" all through the seat, but I don't know if that will work.

Who'd have thought it would be so hard?

One more question, I am informed the dress is gold, so will turquoise be an issue?
