Get some Bar Keepers Friend from Asda



Add water, put on downpipes, make a cuppa, scrub with green scrubbing pads.

no idea but it definatly has a 180 rear tire on it, and the sv1000 are the only sv that had a rim that could take a 180 tire properly

maybe you shoul take it down the Mway flat out if you get it over 140mph then its defo a 1000 lol

I think the biggest issue is that he has a SV1000 in front him, but the documentation is for a scooter. What does the V5 say?

I did wonder that yesterday when I first read the thread, but took it as writer error.

Seems dodgy to me!

Sort that little detail out and then I'll tell you exactly how to get yer downpipes shiny.

My 1000s has black down pipes, I think it's only the unfaired "n" models had the shiny downpipes unless someone has changed them.
