1, strange bolt on bottom of crank case, may be a secondary drain hole. Bolt head is fitted with a tabbed plate to stop working loose. Tabbed plate seems to be made from mechano, but not as hard!

2, oil drain plug was hugely over tightened. It does not have a copper washer and tightens against a smooth surface. If it continues to leak from here, I will fit a copper washer. Strange that they would not fit one.

Other issues, the oil drain plug had large flakes of metal on it and some filings. However, I saw worse when the clutch plates on my old CG went. The oil filter had metal flakes in it that could be measured with a kids school ruler! Three to five mm in size... Eek.

The sump contained about 750ml of oil. To get it back up to the right level, I put 1.5L in.

The chain was sagging by about two inches and when the bike was sat on, would go down to about an inch and a half. I adjusted this to the inch recommended in the owners manual.

The exhaust is rotted out fully and needs replacing. It has hardly done any miles but it look like it has been left on the sea front for ten years of bad winters.

This is a heavy bike, moving my SV after felt quite easy. Usually after moving my 125, the SV feels like it is cast lead. Mind you, I can lift my CG off of its wheels on my own, not with this one.
That reads like a good argument for getting rid of it to me.
When BB junior had one you couldnt get cheap exhaust replacements either so beware of that.

Just on this point m8, it does have oil behind but you can't drain it all out from there. It's a hole that enables other things during the making of the engine Zadar put it much better when I was asking about it on my curvy but I believe the pointy is similar, see his pics:
