Zx6 and Zx10 shock are pretty much perfect, busa one will fit but is too stiff and gsxr shocks' spring is too soft for the bike.

How will it change? You will have adjustable compression and rebound damping. Meaning you will have the ability to set it so the bike will rebound after a bump at the correct speed and adjust the compression so it absorbs bumps as much as possible. It will probably show up the front forks weaknesses much more though.

But for less faff, but maybe not for small budget, go Hagon. Better than stock with minimal fuss with instalation.

Take old one out, put Hagon in, fiddle with it for your weight etc. Bobs yer uncle. Not too stiff in the first place, not too long so chopping of battery boxes not required.,

Go out on bike

If you're front end is naff, go Hagon springs too.

The length is not what requires chopping the battery box... it is reservoir which sticks out.
You need to chop box for ZX6 shock which is actually shorter.

front end will be naff with stiffer rear, at least stock crap is balanced :P

+1 on the Hagon. If the spring ain't man enough for your size, then they'll be able to fit one that does

If you can justify price of hagon, you can justify price of penske which will pay back extra cost when you come to sell it. IMO.

yeah but thats double the price of a Hagon. So no I can't justify it. And most joe blogs wouldn't know what a Penske shock was if it hit em in the face, nor a Hagon for that matter, so either way, no difference in selling a bike on....what you get is what you get for a bike, no matter what is on it.

Unless you meant ripping it out and selling it seperate.

ooopsi thats from DB not Peg
