i've got the hyperoptic thingy and its good. it just takes the glare out of the sun on a sunny day and its good. however it doesnt stic to the inside of the visor for long? ive had 2 now and the longest ive had one stick for is about 10 months. and the worst thing is they come unstuck in winter!!! if they did a propper pinlock version i would stick with it but theyve been "doing one" for years now and still nothing. so im thinking of a tinted visor for the summer.
i wonder could anyone show me a pick of themselves with a visorbag on (with a visor in) im worried im too fat to have one round my waist! |

I use the gradient tint aftermarket visor from race visors on my Shoei and it works well with the pinlock. I also have a hyperoptics insert in my clear visor which works well, but not as dark as the gradient tint. Gradient tint is still OK for dusk use as well, just not night time.

Don't have a Shoei, but hate the legal tinted visors, they is naff, much prefer my very black visor....that actually does what its supposed to!

I dont have a pic but i cant wear a visor bag, im to skinny for it to tighten up enough to feel secure. and the smallest setting on my offshores bag fits me dad and hes not overly skinny, so you should be good idve thought

Personally I just have a clear visor and then a pair of clear and dark tint Pinlock inserts. Much easier to stick the spare insert under the seat or in a pocket so it's trivial to switch from dark tinted visor to clear visor if the weather's changeable.

As of tomorrow I will be shifting to a pair of Oakley Half Jacket SI XJL with Persimmon (Yellow/Orange) Transitions lenses. Will provide feedback ![]() Will be carrying a dark visor in case they dont do the business tho.
