its not the breed of the dog its the dogs brain-if your dog thinks he's your near equal he'll defend his and your property with his life its all to do with pack mentality

damn good dog!

we've had a few people up our way kinda slowing down when they see my bikes, especially when we were getting our bathroom refurbished the guys doing it were very interested, with their big van, i was fair cautious when they were about, luckily nothing has happened.
I also have a dog, and he will bark like crazy, hates anybody who doesn't live in my house, but he isnt very intimidating...what with him being a dachshund and all

Dogs are great ....epecially when they surprise people who don't know that they are there.

Glad they didnt succeed mate, i probably need to upgrade my security myself as the scrotes are always down my road, but i sleep on the front so if they come at night i'd like to think i'd hear them.

Ps i can vouch for the dog, he's great, all i do is throw the ball for him when im round there lol

I hope you're going to invest in some more security though. I don't like to think what intruders would do to the dog should they want your bikes bad enough. Trip wire, floodlight, cctv ect, something.

After pulling Jasper off the lads Staffy yesterday, I have to say that even a little Jack Russell is enough to hurt, the poor staffy squealed when he got first blood at the dogs neck. Fortunately I had got Jasper out before the Staff could properly retaliate. He may have little dog syndrome but I am now far more confident an uninvited guest would get a nasty shock instead of a tail wag and puppy dog eyes.

Well done your dog for scaring them. But send it back to training school. You should have found a pikey cowering in the corner covered in dog drizzle

Please pass this message on to your dog for me. Ta. XXX

"Who's a good doggy then? Yes you are, yes you are. You are a good doggy and you gets a special treat. Does doggy want a treat? Does he? That's because he is a good doggy, yes he is, yes he is. Good doggy, good doggy."

Can you give him a treat and a pat too. Thanks.

Seems your dog knows a pikey or two when he sees them, have you trained him specially? Anyway, glad they got a fright. Maybe it will encourage them to stay the F*** away from decent folk now, but sadly I doubt it.
