got my chain and sprocket within 48hrs ,and they even called me the morning after i placed my order on line just to confirm it ....

Can I just add that I don't think it is the fault of intobikes.
I think they have been misled by their suppliers and they are not the only web based sales point that this has happened to. as stated previously, they couldn't get hold of the part and refunded me straight away. |
