Footrest riser plates - where from?

Yes they seem to hold my feet in a funny position and gave the sensation they were sliding off all the time. Also the vibration seemed worse through them. I put standard one's back on and the problems immediately went away.

I believe they are all the same - a US site on ebay offers them for years 99 - 08

Yes they fit all years 99 - 08, as I bought a set recently.
