as you crank them in they hit a spot where they get tight all at once do you stop right there or another 1\8 turn?

i took it for a short ride and everything seemed allright.
although the amount i had to let out the cluch lever to move increased a little .
should i check these bolts after 100 miles to see if they have moved?
