To be fair, having met Mikelcfc a few times now on both a rideout I arranged and at the local Madlanders weekly haunt, I have found him to be a sound guy. I hope there is a genuine reason for his lack of contact and that it gets sorted soon.

I bought a can and a double bubble screen from him and recieved them really quickly..! He must have something goin' on when you haven't heard from him.

In response to the people who mention the route of claiming back from Paypal...

This will only work if the money was sent as a payment for a good or service. Part of this is the fact that the seller will have a comission deducted from the amount, hence Paypal can afford to cover the costs of refunding people who were the victim of fraudsters etc.

I sent my money as a "person payment" owed in order to let Mikelcfc keep the full amount.

Naieve on my behalf of course.

The consequence of this is that Paypal will not allow me to seek a refund from them.

My fault entirely for being trusting.

Whatever the rights and wrongs here I think it is entirely correct for this to be put in public on the org given that proper attempts have been made to sort it.Just so no one else loses any money.

Also, in reference to Drew, Specialone and MBK above-

I'm not out on a name-and-shame mission here. There may very well be a legitimate reason for the whole sorry mess but I have not had any response from him for weeks.

Just wish he'd get in touch...

I completely agree Biggles...I was quietly annoyed and hadn't posted anything on the matter but when I saw someone else had started a thread about not having received an item from the same seller I felt I had to speak up.

Im not having a dig or anything at you dude, i can understand your frustration and i would feel the same.
But knowing Mike it seems weird this has happened, i hope it gets sorted for you asap.
I also havent seen him in weeks.
