i think a darker blue rim tape would more suit your sv!

I quite like rim tape, had some on my bandit and thought it made a big improvement in the looks. Don't know if I'll be putting any on the SV though, not sure what colour would go with a silver bike.

rim tape is wrong, never put anything on your bike that doesn't give it noticeable improvement

I will not be putting it on my sv as I dont think it looks good on silver wheels...
on my er5 I felt it looked ok.

It is much darker than in the picture, very similar colour to the bike, its reflective so looks lighter than it is in the pic.

Its quite reflective so its a good visibility aid and.....

i bought it like that... soon as i find original parts rest assured they'll be going back on

if you just wanted the reflective qualities you could have got silver

if it was silver then it would be ok as its only for the reflective purpose, or black for black wheels (yes you can get black)

I have always thought black tape on black wheels looks fantastic, especially in the dark with no lights around and the moon covered by a cloud
