Having seen how you can put people's bikes back together when they turn up in Frith Street with a technical niggle, can I pop by with my elbow next week? Went for physio yesterday and he confirmed that one of the screws is working its way out right on the tip of the elbow. Nothing Rictus, Mr Squid and an SV toolkit and Swiss army knife can't fix though I reckon.

I'll be along with a gorgeous and very mischievous pair of blonde twins. Does anyone fancy helping me entertain them?

Mods, where is the poll?

I shall endeavour my best to get there tonight, rain or shine. Aiming to have a good weekend again, might as well start on the right footing.

What time you thinking off getting up there? Not sure about the way to get into soho from this direction, I take A4 would be the quickest route?

Oh latest forecast is that its raining in London, so no change from the past few days.

Not if you found them while driving down the M62.
