The particular model you have bought has a head made of cast iron, engine casings made from dual carboniniumite and vales made from adamantium, even the timing and auxiliary belts are made from woven kevlar.

If you are lucky, there was an optional 'Stuck in traffic' mode where you press a button and 2 lovley ladies appear from somewhere within the car and gently massage your head whilst peeling and feeding you grapes

I suspect your exaggerating but going to accept it as gospel. It's not far off how happy I am with it though! I've got it home now, the auto wasn't worth the worry that I had it's simple living you've just got to forget you've got a left leg.
On inspection it's already paid for it's self. Things which look like they've just been fitted include; new tyres, exhaust Inc cat section, battery, plugs, air filter (I assume oil filter too but havnt yet checked), belts, it's fully Valletta, even has new car mats. Body is rust free and the interior is mint with the exception of no radio and a vent cover hanging off it even has cruise control!
Oh an a bonus it came with a full tank, almost brimming unless the fuel guage is broken. Gonna go try fill it up an see if it takes anymore.
Lucky lucky lucky me thinks.

Bugger, give you £100 for it ; )

I like cheap older cars, apart from engine worries you just don't get worried about them.

Got an R reg Civic, banging car only a 1.5, only thing I can think off the top of my head to go wrong (kiss of death) was the battery died not long after I got it so replaced it, the recent MOT failed on a steering gator split (replaced it), handbrake was not efficient enough (adjusted it by getting the R's end on axle stands and removing the rear ash tray to get to the adjuster) and more recently the directional change for the fans stopped working and the fan doesn't work on speeds 1 and 2, so I took the glove box out got my hand behind where the switches are and put a wire back on a sticky up thing, fan direction sorted and send the resistor off to be resoldered.

And that's all since May 26 2006. Sorted

And got an S reg Land Rover Discovery, just came through an 11 mile single track road on Sunday and there was another car so just drove in to the bush to create enouhg room, I wouldn't have done that if I had a nice Rangie

my "best car" was a fiesta 1.8 non turbo diesel, M reg

I bought it for £200 of my brother with a Decked in door,

Fitted a new door, new oil and filter every 5k.

Bought it with 124k miles

stolen at 166k miles in a 2 years.

went everywhere, did everything on £5 worth of diesel,

its the only car to date I have had three points in too!

You got points in a NON turbo diesel fiasco. Crikey, the wind must have been strong on that day
