Works for me in firefox, doesnt display the reason for it when you click on it so I googled it lol:
Normally, when a user clicks on the Doodle, the reason for the design is displayed as search results.
But unlike most Google Doodles, today's balloon design does not appear to be referring to anything in particular. Some commentators believe that it is instead an exercise in HTML5 - the latest version of the standard for displaying content on the web. HTML 5 will give developers far more flexibility and allow features like drag and drop and make the internet far more interactive. It could also be a demonstration of what Google's latest Chrome browser is capable of producing.
