put mine away end of september, probably bit too early this year, but Ive been using it daily since the start of march so time the sv got a decent rest and TLC.

said last year id ride it through the winter, and by november, gave up , and this year its not happened either.

Simply cant be bothered with washing it down after every salty ride out, furred up an rgv by using it through a winter

i will ride it through winter, good excuse to replace naff bolts with stainless ones, and a good reason to strip it down over the crimbo holidays.

although i am after a trail bike to use instead so it doesn't mater as much if i throw it down the road

ive done just that, bought a £400 alfa to tide me over.

And yeah the rgv wasnt a wise move, G plate 250, so not a really really fancy one but still a fun toy.

I just did a quote on this...http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/1996-FORD-FIES...item4153ab0742

Insurance for it is more than what I'm paying for my GSX-R which is worth six times the fiestas value, and I've only been riding 2 yrs with 2yrs ncd, but have 4yrs and 4yrs ncd on cars. I really don't understand fooking insurance. Looks like I'm running to work.
