Which one Nic...the healthy or the normal? Actually...the normal one isn't massively unhealthy at all, just less veg and a little oil is needed.

Had a cauliflower to use up so was going to have a go at the chicken and cauliflower curry. Just after some clarification though GG.

In the Ingredients list it calls for 4 cloves of garlic yet the instructions state garlic paste and the instructions also mention tomato puree but it`s not in the ingredients. How much tomato puree and do I use garlic paste and if so how much?

Many thanks

Well, niether me, nor mum, not Dad have any idea what beef skirt is...we must call it something different up here, so I got some nice casserole beef.

Made the chilli and then put in the slow cooker all afternoon so the beef is now falling to bits.....gonna have it shortly...yummmmmm!

Haha...that'll be my fault for just typing up in a hurry...lol.

I've just edited it hun...sorry about that. Just forgot to add tomato puree to the list and forgot to mention blending the garlic and ginger...my bad!

Hope you like it
