It's taken me over a week to recover and still not there. Think I have a chest infection. Luke on the otherhand, by Sunday evening he was stating he was fine. I tried to tell him he just felt fine because the medicine was working (Calpol) but as soon as it wears off he'll feel bad again. He refused to believe me and consequently went the whole night as right as rain without the need for any more medication. This morning whilst me coughing like mad, we met on the landing as he was on his way back from the toilet and he smiled at me full of beans. Oh how I wish I could recover and bounce back that quickly.

Ah, the curse of age! It's horrible when it takes so long to recover. I always say to people to just take a day off when you first feel bad and stay in bed the whole day. I find that if I do that, I'll be fine in a few days, but when I try and work through it, I end up knocked half for 6!

Hope you're all better soon then and you can always come and be poorly with Steve if you want...he's home today with a cough and bad chest too!

What... In a house with three cracking folks, all that food, Halo on the big screen, four lovable mutts, a pub next door, and swampy the Disco?

Couldn't wait to get out!!!
