The inspiration is a TR1-TON, a TR1 engine in a Dominator frame a very tidy looking machine.

Recon it should be called a VeeTon.

I've been looking at Norton Featherbed frames and also BSA A10 frames as well. I have seem an A10 frame for £120 (well mollested though)

Mr Smith,

I might be interested in the 600SS, could I have a bit more info please?

Its runner, with front coil issues (i think when I fancied it), looks tidy.

I nearly bought it last year, but couldn't afford it in worse case senario.

Its up for £1,200 sold as, they've tried to sort it (to my knowledge) but didn't want the aggro. Its at Hunters Motorcycles (Newcastle) 0191 261859

Best speak to them

It's a bit too modern for the look I'm after and I've got a couple of spare barrels and a crank for an AJS 350 jampot that could be made into a V2. I'm thinking about using 500cc barrels as this will give it the short stroke. Will need a bespoke crankcase made up but all the rest will come from AJS parts.
It'll keep the pre-unit look of the bike.

You've not had much to do with a Yam TR1 then?
