I like the high mounting I am assuming you can only do this with the stubby can?

Yep, don't think there is room for a full length can and Idon't think it'd look right

I know it's the stubby that's fitted, but where the back of the can sits never changes. Just need to make a couple of spacers.
I never carry a pillion, so leave them off
