A very strange occurance, containing condensation and paint bubbling up on the tank, like an old rusty rover. BUT without the rust cause its a plastic tank.

Fecking expensive, as it'll need a whole respray, and it was fine and immaculate before xmas

Nope true Italians rot over everything metal, and all you are left with is a pile of plastic. This however, is strange. All usual spots like waterpump housing, nuts, bolts, peg hangers etc are all fine. The tank is bubbled in equal places on both sides, in exactly the same places, at the bottom, and in the moldings on the top

It'll take more than autosol for a pipe as bad as Fizz's.

Very weird

Dunno, but I'd save myself alot of hassle and bother and just clean the worst off and leave it.

You'll be there for hours trying to get it back to shiney again if its like the one in the pic and it wont stay like that for very long.

Your bike at the end of the day, its up to you...
