Yes it has the two part flip up to stop them falling out etc but one has snapped off in the accident so it doesn't hold all the connectors in now.

Can't you just stick the 'iffy' one with silicone or the like?

Follow your wiring loom back about 15 inches, I'm sure the bit your on about plugs into the main loom somewhere near the headstock of the frame, u just need to buy that bit

Possibly but I don't want to mess it all up and then have to scrap it all off if it doesn't work.. I'd rather just buy an old wiring loom and take the connector off.
