The glass is part of the clocks, nothing to do with the plastic surround.

On robinson foundry it lists the glass as part of the visor assembly, if i was to buy a 3" clock glass are they easily changeable or do they need sealing if so how or what with?

Any ideas how to change just the glass on the tacho before i just wade in?

Looks like you're the first to attempt this, post up how you did it?

The glass must be bonded to the rev counter with some sort of sealant. So my first job would be to see how its attached

I will once i get round to looking, funny thing is on the exploded view at Suzuki they are shown seperate to the clock body.

There must be a way to change the glass, as they can change the speedo facia from Km to Miles can't they?

Yeah i believe they can with regard to the kph - mph conversion. I will message him tonight maybe if he doesn't see this before

Even cheaper:
Buy a 300ml carton of cream.
Give cream to cat & kick it out before it's sick.
Clear plastic lid is just right & not brittle.
Total cost ~£1
