The wheel house car park area is not that good for pics.. loads of trees between there an the wheel. Best place for bike pics is the top car park off Lime road, (go look on google satellite view) It had bollards blocking access but if they are still there you can get a bike through them like so...

Wheel doesn't open till 10, not sure when the car parks open though. I got mad stares from the parking staff when i done these pics so would have to be quick

I'd be up for this run too. May well be my first forum ride out in the GSXR and hopefully the weather will be nice for it too.

my vote goes for Bibio's route, I can join up for the 'southern' loop, From Sanquhar to Peebles!

I've gotta say I like the Dalveen Pass but I used it on the last run I did last year and I love the Devils Beef Tub.

I'm sure we'll get the Davleen Pass in later this year, unless you can find an easy way to do the both. then I'd love ya!!!

Moffat to Broughton, cut across (2nd turn off) to Biggar via Skirling, then down the (cacky) A702 till you get to Abington, tootle down the service road until you get to Elvanfoot then schwingbababing - you're on the Dalveen Pass.
