lol.
you seen me a cppl weeks ago YC. i'm slimmer Lance at 10.5st and 11.5 kitted up. which is better than the 16st i was 8 months ago. the shokky was valved and sprung for someone at 10-11 stone. |

I would try 7W oil and 125 gap.

hhhmmm never thought of increasing the air gap.
wouldn't 7wt slow the forks down though? |

i'm slowly coming to that conclusion.
i'll try it again at the weekend and see how i get on. funny thing is the bike seems to settle down at about 70mph and feels really really planted. get to 80 and above and it starts to get a wee bit skittery. between 50-70 its a bit bumpy and up to 50 its nice and stable. |
