I then got my 2nd beetle that had a 2.2 litre lump in it so didnt need the cozzie.

A 1960-something VW Beetle. It was an early 6 volt version. You switched the lights on and it just got darker

My first car was a mk1 fiesta in jasmin yellow. It lasted less than a year before it sprang a massive oil leak and then the big ends went

1972 Mini 1000 super deluxe. Only thing I could afford to insure (aswell as a bike).

Front drum brakes. Good times.........

Man, I had it going on.
Tam, I'm gonna get a mini again at some point, they was ace, I had a clubman estate 1098cc, rough as aholes but still went round corners like nothing else I've owned.
I'd love a sorted one now, maybe a 1600 twin cam jobbie or something.
I did a bathroom for a guy just before Xmas just gone who was into them big time, he was half way through building a mini with vauxhall calibre turbo running gear, with 4x4 as well

Do a mini with a V-TEC or MK3/4 1400 or 1600 vauxhall Astra motor
Failing that Busa Turbo.

Still never had one, always had pool vehicles when I needed them
