Typical American.
 Useless lid, trainers, no gloves. Must have been cold out, he's not wearing shorts. And the bike looks (WTF an inline trike?? ) like it belongs to someone who would be wearing a useless lid, trainers and no gloves.

Trainers - check. Chromed WW2 German helmet - check. Bike mods that are as expensive as they are pointless - check.
