Still unsure as to which club to race with. I'm trying to set something up with Mr. Spiers so he can race this SRAD with the same club.

Is it just me or is Thundersport GB more expensive to race with, possibly/probably because of the television coverage?

I should coco !

It's taken most of the year to actually get myself a bike, a license and somebody to extract all the good sense from my brain (not that there was much there in the first place).

I'm all signed up for the last race of the season at Mallory Park with the thundersports chaps this coming weekend. As I write it's blowing a bloddy gale, lets hope it's nice at the weekend.

In preparation I've completed 3 test days at Mallory so far, and I'm feeling pretty much happy with things now. Getting used to grippy tryes and throwing the bike around a bit. Plus some very useful tips from some other rides in the paddock.

Hoping to complete most of next year as a minitwins, then move up to supertwins if I manage to get through at least half the year.

are you wanting to race a season at different tracks? if so, then ng road racing are supposed to be good, others are bemsee derby phoenix and auto 66 but they arnt cheap.

Thundersport is £250 a weekend meet , ive not really looked into them a lot but it is on my to do list.

Saying that, EMRA is £125 entry for the one day , whereas bemsee DP and ng are 2 day meets at £250 entry.

Cheapest is Darley Moor at £105 a meet but the lack of hard surfaces in the paddock dont help, nor does the safety on the track.

Still not decided what im going in next year yet...

Yep, Ive had a brilliant season on my SV, Finished 3rd in the 650/250 championship here on the Isle of Man, and to top that Ive just had my licence upgraded to National level

Fingers crossed going to do some roads next year, thats the dream anyway

P.S I found Auto66 to be quite reasonable and well run, hopefully be popping over next year to race with them again

Preston dmc who use three sisters charge £75 per entry into one class plus £10 per extra class. Dont expect brands hatch for that kind of money though!lol Is Mr spiers a 600 or 750? Either way he could race at least 2/3 classes such as rookies 'unlimited', 600pre injection(both what I entered),F600,500-1300,350-750 etc, etc. There is basically a class for anything really!
