TomTom Rider 2nd Edition opinions?

Have a look at this thread on 13-09-11 by Fletchmeister. I posted a couple of pictures of my modified ram mount fitted to stem nut. ( Not sure how to post link and cant be ****ed to find out after long nightshift). Cant help you on the charging front unless it is like Rider V3.

I've just bought a TT Rider v2 off ebay. It doesn't have a mount with it though, what do I need to mount and hard wire power to it on a Curvy 650S?

Do I need a mount and this Telferizer, what is it?
