So before I get a quote from the local sprayer, does anyone have some spare fairings in Blue (Can get colour code) for both sides.

Cheers in advance

It's no problem. An unhappy seller is not something I want and clearly there is an issue here we both believe we are in the right. When I am home I shall upload the pictures of the fairings before they left. There was one small catch which I told the buyer about and took a close up picture to show it.

Just waiting for a pm from him now.

I will post up the pictures of the fairings before sale.

I know they were packaged with soft wrapping to make sure they arrived safely. I also offered a concession offer on the fairings (as in I refund part of the amount as a goodwill gesture)

Next thing I know I have a text message from a mod asking me to sort this out.

Now I do not even know if those pictures are the ones you are replacing as certainly they are not the ones I sent out.

You must appreciate that from my point of view, I am also losing out of I accept the return of the goods.

For the sake of sorting this out, I am willing to offer a £55 refund as I've had to pay for the postage already.

I hope next time, if you have a problem with a seller you can keep it to pm and not panic because you do not receive an immediate response as some of us have busy lives outside of the forum.
Tbh, mate if these scratched panels aren't what you sent out and the panels you did send were good ones, I personally wouldn't offer any money back, why should you.

Purely for the avoidance of the hassle.

Mate, what hassle? You've got pictures of them before they were sent and witnesses who can confirm their condition. If those aren't your fairings pictured I don't think any agro is going to be coming your way.

Speak as you find.

I bought an SK1 brake pedal from Dave a couple of months ago. Advertised as used but actually looked like it had just been made. And packaged like it was his first born.

Good price, 48 hour delivery from the Paypal transaction. I'd recommend him to any one on the forum.

Thanks for the kind comments...

Pictures of the fairings as sent to our buyer. If you compare them to the pictures he has taken I can't see how?
Also note, they are quite dirty as had been sat in my garage for about a year..

I pointed out the scratch in the first picture hence the close up shot.
They were sealed securely in a box, and wrapped in air bag style packaging.
