Not to be short but all this info is in the handbook that should have come with the bike or get a Haynes Manual. If you're not sure you can get everything from Halfords, HG or a dealer (plugs and filters). Lots of this info on the Org if you search. Personally I use Halfords full synthetic 5W/40 bike oil. You can use any combination of 5/10 30/40 depending on what you find to suit your price.

Keep the ACF off the chain. It's not that kind of lube. Get it everywhere else though. Take the tank off and the air box and dose the links and connections. Wipe the forks down with a rag soaked in the stuff, use the same rag to wipe down everything else. Banjo lots are the worst to corrode, give them a good covering,

Then,

Leave it alone until spring and all the salt has gone. Then muc-off degreaser it all away!

Do what Pete says with Acf. Personally I use other things but lots like it.

All oils are not the same. Use a good quality semi synth 10w40 in an sv. And change it on or before every 4k miles. If you've never done any plugs before take it to a mate that has and get them to talk you through it.

The IX are iridium. Opinions differ on whether you'll notice the benefit. Do a search then decide.
