or you could try this.
1. go to maps.google.com 2. click "get directions." 3. in point A, type "the shire." 4. in point B, type "mordor." 5. click the grey button with the picture of the little dude for walking directions. Now read the warning under "Walking directions are in beta." Go on have a look and see what it says, you've been warned, go on now..... |

Works with Safari on iPad - but not IE at work.

My kids wont leave it alone, when its misted over you can scroll around with the mouse to make it look like youre using your finger to write in it
