Bike switched on but engine not running, when engine running but bike stationary, or only when moving?

Or if more than one then which of those?

Answers to the above may have helped with the identification of the problem. My first post was quite clear but the question seems beyond you, the subsequent ones made it plainer still but you seem unwilling to answer.

It'll have be someone else's help for you from now on. Suit yourself.

Look mate, thanks for trying if you were being genuine, but my posts are too long as it is. How many times do i have to write '0'? My 1st post says "started at 0 and after 30 miles went crazy". Does that not answer your question? Anyway, apologies if i misunderstood something here and thanks for trying. (New thread posted)

Only recent change was replacing the shovel with a tidy, so disconnecting/reconnecting wiring (I assume correctly), except for what looks like a ground earth wire which I neglected to put back underneath a nut on the subframe.

Other instruments on dash and lights are working fine but also discovered my heated grips won't turn on. I suspect the two are connected but there's no visual damage and I've made no changes to wiring up front.

Any suggestions?
That ground wire was probably your grips -ve.

Same suggestions as at start of this thread, you checked them?

its probably a shattered rotor. its what happened to my k3. sometimes will show right speed. then would just start jumping to random numbers 19,180,34,85,112, etc.... until eventually over time it will remain at 0. if it is not speedo rotor then check wiring.

calm down
