Those that say that it's bloody, actually you should know that it's not blood that's coming out of stakes. After the animal is slain, it's also drained of blood and very very little of it remains in the muscle tissue.
What actually comes out is just water. Meat flavored water

Lovely, cooked to perfection.

Take it horns out, wipe its **** and slap it on the plate.

We always used to share a chateaubriand, take one joint. Sear it to seal and then roast. Yummy cut it in two serve with new potatoes and fresh veg. Then off to fat fighters.

I have to admit I used to like my meat burned. But too many years of working in France taught me how my steaks should be cooked. Although the meat juices mingling into a bernaise sauce did nothing for the wifes like of a French "medium" because I did not know the French for incinerate it when we ordered.
