Drinking orange juice and taking berocca results in almost day glo orange pee, quite disconcerting the first time when the bathroom gets a little brighter

On a serious note (yes, boring), if you have a lot of dark pee, you're constantly dehydrated. There's strong evidence that can lead to kidney stones, which is about as pleasant as having to force a pebble out through your japseye .... oh hang on, it IS having to force a pebble out through your japseye.

Aim for mildly yellow pee people.
