Of course not....I think you are missing the point though general attitude, especially with the scooters being taken to a garage to check restriction

M'eh.

Kids on scooters with bald tyres, one of whom said that the bike had been de-restricted? I'd be disappointed if he hadn't done that.... Thought the end result of just reporting it to the insurance was a bit weak.

And a bloke who's adamant that he's just going to his mates, but has hit car full of works tools, and changes his storey from the off... Failed the attitude test from the start IMHO.

Coppers nose?

His attitude is laughable tbh, he really gets off on a power trip, smarmy git imo.

He automatically assumed the guy didnt have business use, yet my car a few years ago, had business use on it, it came with the policy, i didnt ask for it, but it said included business use as long as i wasnt a taxi driver, courier etc.

I knew when he started being an ass, it wouldnt go any further, i bet his bosses love him, what a waste of public money it could turn out to be, over something that is only a potential minor insurance discrepency which is very difficult to prove.

He was presuming an awful lot. What bugged me was the way he and the narrator made out as if he'd apprehended a master criminal, when in reality he could have been an unlucky guy who'd just lost his job, doing a friends family member a favour with maybe a little bit of cash in it for him.

He must get tired from all that jumping to conclusions but then i'll openly admit I'm biased as I think the majority of bike cops are a$$holes. Bluepete included

Way too overboard, a little on the bully and victimisation. Aside from the bloke claiming job seekers, which he could have only just received (we'll be hypothetical here) what business of his is it, how many tools and what's on his invoice books ? I mean fair sit and try to ask questions whilst waiting for an insurance check to come through......which, JS aside would have left him with right egg on his face had he not found that bit out, and he'd just been any other guy minding his own business.
Master criminal he was not.....and didn't portray the message the programme thought it was getting across. It probably confirmed that coppers are w4nkers all the more to people watching......however I thought there was redemption watching the woman, much better attitude.

That bike cop is very over zealous always has been .. Same as the Scottish twins in cars .. One of them is all too keen and has no leniency

They're two different blokes.

IMO the scooter tyre thing was fair enough and he simply couldn't not look into the restriction thing as the kid said it was de-restricted.

I agree the oven man plod was a bit full on big then again the oven man himself was making a mockery of every decent person paying tax and insurance.
