I get the same issue. I can see the 1st page fine and get the 'you dont have permission'. Same for the other link.

Oh that's a pain, I'll see about dumping them elsewhere, but the bulk uploader of facebook saves so much time, shame it doesn't do what it says really, I thought "public" would actually be just that.
