New Generation SV650 Headlights not working

Perhaps just permanently bypassing the headlight part of the ignition switch so that the headlights are always on would work. This is the way it is on the K3 and I've never had any problems of this nature.

It might mean it's slightly less likely to start on a flat battery tho.

That would simplify things. I have a K5 and have had to bypass both (corroded) block connectors under the tank by soldering short bits of wire and spade connectors... now waiting for switches to rot and pack up. Keep posting on this subject please! I'll be needing the next installment no doubt.
