Amen. The first couple of sessions were hairy, both ends sliding all over the shop, but the four sessions after lunch were great fun.

I was absolutely knackered by the last session, so rather than focus on going round as fast as possible I tried a bit of technique and comprehensively popped my knee-down cherry. Turns out old dogs can learn new tricks after all.
