best thing ive found for keeping my feet dry on long journeys are a pair or rubber wellies haha not fasionable but comfy and do a dam good job

Army issue gore tex and NBC boot covers and glove outers, not Gucci bike kit I know but 100% waterproof you could scuba dive in 'em, can pick up the lot for £20 ish at any surplus store.
