Sorry for intruding. NW Guildford is mostly wet all year round so we ride whatever the weather. Having said this, we do rideouts on sunny winter days over the Brecon Mountains all the time. I think it has been suggested that a Wales trip is due at some point.

Also I've started a thread to see if anyone is interested in doing EuroTour2013

Not at all, they just have to be even better planned with the light and weather in mind. And to be at destinations long enough to dry off if need be

On the homeward stretch i don't care about the weather. Only on the ride out/around i mind a bit about the weather.

I'll ride in Winter as long as its dry, and not for too long, and I want a cup of tea every hour or so. No motorways. Other than that I'm up for it.
