I've got 31" inside leg and hubby's length of leathers fits me. But I also have boobs so if I wear men's leathers they need to be bigger and then I look like a box. Women's definitely go in more at the waist to accommodate their heaving bosoms.

Id forgot about er "saddle " size . so girls UK 16 have a look on ebay if you fancy cheap RST leathers.

A friend of mine wore womens leathers for years while working as a bike instructor, with no noticeable issues. Mind you, he is a she now.
