ok well i'm 5ft 11 and about 11 stone so the extra 10mm isnt a problem for me
which would you recommend for sk3 sv650? |

Gsxr 03/04 shock is only 2.5mm longer than stock you so won't really notice much change to rear end height. Spring rate is going to be on the firm side for you at 11 stone IMO but will be a big improvment over what's in there now.
See this thread for a step by step guide to fitting one to a pointy including battery box mods http://forums.sv650.org/showthread.p...ght=gsxr+shock Also, use the spring rate calculator on the racetech website to give you a ball park figure. Tbh I'd be patient and try to find an 06/07 ZX10r shock. It'll be slightly better suited to your weight I reckon and will be much less hassle to fit.
