To be honest 650, if you do a similar search for SV650 then you get the same amount of issues. Not everybody has these issues we know. Brakes, suspension, Reg/Rec. The guy has had it from new and all he has had to replace was the radiator, due to it sitting for ages in his garage.

I have not purchased it yet but it is silver and very much standard. Gel seat and alarm are the only extras. When I do get it I will post some up before I get kicked into the SV triumph section.

I own a Daytona 650 and absolutely love the thing!
As mentioned in previous posts. The Reg/Rec and whole charging system on these bikes is utter poo. Signs to look out for are charred connectors between the stator and wiring to the reg/rec. As well as the usual flickery lights when blipped. I bought a replacement reg/rec thats infinitely better for when mine goes ( and it will!) Aside from that the engines on the 600 are good but gutless as hell low down, the 650 solves that somewhat. And the anti-backlash on the 650 clutch makes alot of difference. The gear change on the 600 isnt fun.

All in all they are stunning bikes and i love them. But they are a bugger to sort sometimes so make sure you find a workshop manual ( No Haynes) and have a triumph-experienced mechanic nearby.
