The training is probably a good idea though as from what I read it's as skill in the ground handling of the wing than the actual flying.

It looks absolutely ace fun though.
I would advice training, I've witnessed someone get stuck in a tree and one of my friends has just given up after breaking his nose for a second time on a face plant landing

He was self taught btw

Bloke a few miles down the road has one.
Rides over me house every Saturday in the summer, just as I'm washing the Mrs' car.
And always waves with this big smirking grin.
(Ride your slow plane little man, I'll be on the SV rocketship tomorrow)
I truely think he's afraid of it though. Always rides really slow and not too far off the deck.

Would be awesome to try one.
GoPro would be a must have, standard flight gear.
You're certainly in the right place to enjoy it.

He's just gone back to Afghan last week but I could find out when he gets back (if he still has it). Will be a while though
