It is pretty loud
![]() It does seem like moving the strap to the outside of the bracket would give more clearance, but most pictures I've seen of other SV's have the strap on the inside. Is there a consensus as to which side is 'correct'. Just wondering... |

I'd argue, if putting it inside fouls the swingarm and outside does not. That would give you your answer for which is right/wrong.

Mine's inside (Remus). I think it would look messy outside, but if that's the only way your exhaust lines up properly then you've not got a lot of choice.

The standard SV exhaust on both curvy and pointy was mounted to the outside of the hanger.

All sorted now. Rotating the link pipe did not provide enough clearance, so the link pipe had to be bent slightly. Exhaust strap now on outside also.
Have now revised my opinion of Delkevic cans: Sound good and decent price, but fit (at least on curvys) leaves a bit to be desired. |
