Call it constructive criticism based on reality.

And I am actually interested. Just at £400 less than its current price.

I think what he is getting at is for £100 more without even trying to negotiate you could buy an SV like this:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Suzuki-SV6...item3f24ee8a0b

or for a £100 less:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2001-SUZUK...item257e7dec7e

You could, but not everyone wants an sv.. Or another one. Look at what other NC25's are going for on the market.. And you won't find many in as good condition either. Becoming harder to find and going up in value. As are most old-ish jap 4's.

I dont see much wrong with the price personally, not many on ebay, and if i was after a similar bike i would expect to pay £800 or so.

After buying the tax/chain &sprockets, it's a minimum of £1050 for a 24 year old bike. If you don't see much wrong, then I have some magic beans that I would like to sell you...

Tax is something like £36 for the year and an OE chain and sprocket set from M&P is £75.. Bit short of the £250 mark and they last for flippin ages on those bikes. I don't mean to be overly rude but what do you expect when you post on someone's for sale thread basically calling they're asking prices BS. May I refer you back to forum rules on unsolicited advice...
