Having experienced a sudden rear wheel lock up and subsequent brown trousers as I skidded a 1" diameter hole in the tyre. Well done on staying upright.

Question though, had you not been experiencing any rear suspension knocking?

Cheers, as for the knocking, nope, worse still I had the wheel out and checked the movement the day before.

Default The boatman does it again....

Neat. A failure that while locking the rear wheel relaxes the steering geometry enough to allow our intrepid pilot to slide his smoking harley to a safe halt without undue distress to his pillion. I shall find a cap and doff it to you sir.

Yeah thats not happening, can't get the clutch basket nut off, a 27mm socket is too big, and a 26mm socket is too small, go figure.

yep, tried 1" and 1 1/16" so i has to be 1 1/32"?! random, god damn kawasaki.
