Yup, you have two carbs ergo two plungers, I reckon one will be seized much more than the other if you feel a two stage movement.
Look up the guides and start with that, get plenty of grease ready to save you doing the job twice, cable will need oiling, plungers cleaned and lubricated then where the cables meet packed with grease. You might not even need the carb balance... But then at that's mileage it'd be recommended if not done recently

Just a disclaimer ...I've only done it once and it was 5 years ago, it could be something else but that'd be my favourite

Re. the comment about the clutch, if it isn't slipping there's no point replacing it. Was this told to you by someone who was also willing to take your money for a new clutch?

Well, the clutch might be at the end of its days, because while engine is not warm enough and I start riding, when I engage the clutch, it doesn't work until I touch the brake (or move throttle). I was told that springs are worn out and must be replaced. Just for now, until the service, I adjusted clutch lever (those are aftermarket on my bike, adjustable) and so far it is working perfectly... But in next couple weeks that is going to be fixed...

Sounds like your clutch needs adjustment.Another search on here for clutch adjustment will reveal how to do that properly. Not difficult at all,but worth doing.

Ok, so I think I will have to leave that garage... I had a service done in there, I was told that clutch needed to be replaced very soon (because it does what I posted) and later when I came back to ask about decreased MPG I was told that it most likely will need to have valve clearance done to fix it... Well, I think I will try to adjust clutch and find the problem in choke I hope it will help One more time huge thank you for everyone

Where are you? There are some good places to go to get good advice and adjustments but no point in recommending them only to find you're 300 miles away...

Sorry I'm not understanding the first part. Also, the clutch springs are unlikely to be worn out. As said above, try adjusting the clutch first. You need to adjust the clutch lifter first, then the cable. Searching the forum will yield many answers as this question is asked a lot.
