Normally you need a victim for a crime to have happened. With domestic violence cases the Police and CPS can run a victim less prosecution. Maybe that has happened in this case. Maybe the victim has not come forward and the Police are just acting on the photos offered?

While I wouldn't want anyone to think I condone any sort of domestic violence, she is one of the most annoying women on the planet and I would happily shove her in a large pan, cover her with cola and boil her for a few hours like one of her hams if it kept her off TV for the rest of my life.
