You know, discussing the weather makes me feel so English.

On Wednesday I drove down to Bristol. Despite walking the mutt in shirt sleeves before I left, talk on the radio of terrific overnight thunderstorms etc. When I got into Staffordshire it was like driving into a wall of water. Visibility was about 20 yards. TBH it was frighteneing.

I had been expecting that weather front to work its way north and dump a load of water. But it didn't.

Having spent time and money on the gardens and being uncomfortable in anything greater than 20 degrees. I am now happy that the normality of an English summer has returned.

Default yipee, its raining

No no no! How typically British!! Surely we should want sun!!
I love all the weather elements. There is an activity for them all. But let's face it more than two weeks of sun would be nice! Sun bathe during the day and bike in the evening!
